Delivery and Returns
This is a summary of our delivery and returns policy. The full policy is included in our Terms & Conditions document.
Delivery Private Purchase
A private purchase is a single normal purchase for delivery to an address specified by the purchaser. Our charges to most UK mainland addresses are as follows;
- Orders over £30
- Free standard delivery 3-4 working days.
- Orders under £30
- Standard delivery £5 3-4 working days.
Delivery Wish List Items
Purchases from a Wish List are combined and dispatched in a single delivery to the Venue in time for the function. Delivery is free of charge. The items will be presented by the Venue to the party child.
Returns Policy Private Purchase
If you receive items in error or items that you did not order please notify us as soon as possible. The item should not be used and remain in a saleable condition.
In the unlikely event that you receive an item that is damaged or faulty please notify us as soon as possible but within 28 days for a replacement or refund.
If you receive items that are damaged in transit you are advised to refuse delivery or sign the delivery note that there is visible damage. Otherwise please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to provide a replacement as quickly as possible.
You have a statutory right to a “cooling off” period. This period begins once your order is complete and ends 7 days after the Goods have been delivered. If you change your mind about the goods within this period, please return them to us within 7 days of receipt. Goods can only be returned for this reason if their packaging remains unopened and the Goods can be re-sold, as new, without any additional work by us. You are responsible for paying shipment costs if Goods are returned for this reason.

Returns Policy Wish List Gifts
If any items you have received as gifts via the Wish List System have faults when they are given to you, you should contact us within 28 days. We will endeavour to find a solution that is satisfactory to all. We may replace the item as a like for like or provide another item from the original Wish List of equal or greater value at our discretion. You may of course contact the original purchaser of the gift who can then contact us and operate under the Returns Policy – Private Purchase as detailed above.
